Hold It Contemporary Home has been a design resource for European Contemporary and modern home furnishings since 2002. We represent a large assortment of manufacturers from around the world. Our approach with our web site is to extend this unique shopping experience to a digital format giving our clients full access to our resources. We believe that home furnishings require the assistance of a trained professional and should not be purchased through a shopping cart.

Throughout the entire purchasing process you will work directly with one of our Design Consultants. This professional will be your sole contact for product selection, purchasing, delivery and post sale service.

HOW TO PURCHASE

There is no shopping cart on our site! All purchases are made with a written Sales Order prepared by your Design Consultant. This Sales Order will contain all product specifications, pricing, lead times and delivery instructions. Once you have finalized your order you will be directed to a secured payment portal where you will make final approval and payment arrangements.

PRODUCT PRICING

We make every effort to deliver high quality brands at the most affordable prices allowed. We do not mark up our prices to be able to offer discounts or reduced pricing to a select few.

PRICE MATCHING

Please let your Design Consultant know if you find one of our products priced for less. We will make every effort to match prices of identical products.

VOLUME DISCOUNTS

We do offer volume discounts. Your Design Consultant can give you all of the details.

SHIPPING / DELIVERY

We offer shipping and white glove delivery throughout the 48 contiguous United States and Canada. All shipping and delivery costs are quoted separately from the product costs and will be included in your order total.

SALES TAX

We charge California sales tax on all purchases taken from our store or delivered within the state of California. It is your responsibility to comply with any use or sales tax requirements in your own state.

LEAD TIME / AVAILABLILITY

At the time of the order you will be quoted a lead time for the arrival of your product(s). This is based on the typical manufacturer lead time and transit time. We will make every effort to deliver to you within the quoted time. However, this is not guaranteed. On rare occasions product will not be available or delayed beyond the quoted time. When this occurs your Design Consultant will contact you immediately.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of the order date without charge. After the initial 24 hour period there is a 25% cancellation fee if cancelled prior to shipping. Once an order has shipped it may not be cancelled. In the event product is not available you may cancel your order with no cancellation fee.

ORDER STATUS

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation, complete with an anticipated arrival date and tracking information.

RETURNS

Unassembled stock merchandise purchased from Hold It Contemporary Home may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be pre-authorized by your Design Consultant with a RGA (returned goods authorization) number and shipped, at your expense, to 5725 Kearny Villa Suite K Road San Diego, California 92123. All returned merchandise must be free of damage and in the original packaging. Once the merchandise has been inspected and accepted by Hold It Contemporary Home the refund will be processed in same tender as your purchase. Shipping costs to you will not be refunded. Non stock special order merchandise and lighting are not returnable.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

We make every effort to deliver high quality, defect free merchandise. When there is a case of damage you must note this damage on the delivery receipt and contact your Design Consultant as soon as possible. Claims must be made with us within 14 days of receipt. Claims will not be honored after 14 days. Based on the extent of the damage, or defect, we will repair or replace all or part of the item. In the event we are not able to repair or replace the merchandise we reserve the right to refund your purchase price and shipping.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hold It Contemporary Home, holdithome.com and Lifestyle Concepts, Inc. and its employees, suppliers, officers and directors from any claim, demand, action or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made or incurred by any third party arising out of or related to your use of this site.
